I am looking for a tried and true recipe to make some pork ribs in a crock pot.
I have never made them this way before, but I am looking for something a little more exciting and original than just putting the ribs in the crockpot with a bottle of BBQ sauce.
I'd love to hear what others do.

ribs, 1tbsp onion powder,1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper, 1 cup sweet & sour sauce and green and red peppers diced! This is a good variation.
Or you may want to try:
Sesame Ribs:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 pounds ribs
1 med. onion sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
1/4 cup choppen green onion (including greens)
in a large bowl combine the first 9 ingredients, mix well, then coat the ribs liberally in mixture. Arrange the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker and place the ribs on top, pour extra mixture on top. Let cook. When close to finnished sprinkle the sesame seeds and green onions on top!
Enjoy :)
