MSG in our foods... One last time...

The use of MSG to this day is very controversial. Some people have a short term reaction to MSG which includes, headache, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, weakness and many more. But this symptoms are usually mild and don't require treatment. But why do we have to use these flavor enhancer when we know how to cook and how to enhance the flavor by just using the right ingredients? I don't use MSG in cooking and i don't want to regret someday when a research finally found that this is the culprit that cause major illness to very human being.
