We always make mistakes, we always miss opportunities, we always meet unfairness,so we always regret now and then, but regret is not the solution,on the contrary,it make things worse, block you way to step forward, and make you always feel guilty . Now the question comes, how to deal with it? My suggestion is work, work, and work, until you don't have time to think about it,what about yours?

Regrets may be consider as a challenge and don't take it seriously it will kill you. I agree with work it will keep u busy and forget about the problem. Charge it to experience as they say. Move on and learn from previous mistakes and never commit again.

Keeping one self busy is one good solution. Regrets must be consider ar challenge and should not commit the same mistake again. Charge to experience as they say. Forget about the past and move on.

A person should not have any regrets, because at the time it is exactly what they wanted. One should not look back with regret, just look forward.

Yes, I agree. Working is one of the good ways of evading regretful thoughts. I also believe in giving yourself enough time to breath fresh air..by yourself alone. It is through it that you can reconcile things, you can think of reasons why it happened, and most importantly, it is an opportunity for you to find ways of getting up and recovering from such regretful moment. This sure work.
