well, first of all, you must have a feasibility study about the location and the possible numbers of internet users in a particular area..your location should be accessible enough..and you must have a good internet connections..since you're from the philippines, its good to have both internet and LAN/online games as well..i think PLDT company offers a 35000+ internet cafe kit happy posting!

hehe thats quite a help you got there sir/madam. Thanks! Now since chubibo already gaves us some hints/help on establishing a cafe. You might still want to ask what computer specification you want to use in your business. I am all ears. ;)
