I'm not sure in your country but here in mine, you can get a franchise for that amount of money(in our currency). Franchise I think is a good start since the system is already set and they provide training and sometimes equipments and supplies. So there's not much of a "trial and error" thing. And you don't have to re-invent the wheel. But then again, it would still depend on your area of expertise and what you enjoy doing. Doing business that is realted to your favorites or hobbies is always a good thing to consider. That way you can give your whole effort and at the same time enjoy it.
