I was looking at the Memorial Day weekend flyers bundled with the Sunday paper and there are a lot of good deals going on to lure shoppers. So I checked their online websites and even find more attractive deals. I am particularly interested with the following deals:
1) Doorbuster deals at Linen and Things = 50% off on their colorful beach towels with Seafriends, Icepops, Mermaid prints. Great for the kids! For adults, the embroidered towels might be more fitting. I think if you have the 20% off coupon, you can save more on top of the deals. You can even print this coupon online at their website.
2) Macy's website = 50% off on Noritake's "Dunewood" 16pc. dinnerware collection. Such beautiful pattern. It's so summery looking with the leaves and very calm and serene with the green/yellow color palette.
How about you? Are you shopping on Memorial day or have you gone shopping this weekend? What did you buy?

I am having a cook out today, Most of my family and friends will be comming over. My brother is going to grill out, I am making potato salad and baked beans. My sister is bringing drinks and my mother will probably make a pie or something. I can't remember what every one else is bringing, it's pot luck so there going to be a lot to eat.

Thanks for the response even if it's not shopping related. :) Though I'm sure that you and your family went shopping for all the potluck food for your Memorial Day cookout. Sounds fun! We had a bbq party earlier and it was a nice way for the family to start the summer season. Have fun!

I am actually going shopping within the next half hour. I am on my way to forman mills because I am already semi broke and their clothes and accessories are rather cheap. I may check out Macy's as well, I have a gift card there so hopefully I can get some stuff that are on sale. Hopefully the crowd is not really big out today because I hate crowds!

We haven't gone shopping this weekend nor in a very long time. I don't think Memorial Day sales are really that big of a deal they never have anything big that I am interested in. I prefer shopping the day after Thanksgiving because they usually have some really great sales then.

Hi. True, Black Friday have some really great bargains. Though I noticed that for this weekend, they have some great deals for things a shopper might need for summer entertaining. Have fun!
