I just love seafoods! I can eat all week just eating seafoods most especially salmon, clams, squids, crabs and shrimps. Oh I just love them, I can almost smell the aroma of great dishes.
I love whatever recipes that comes to mind, whether it's asian or mediterranean. I also love having mixed in coconut milk in the dish. Or just plain sauteed in garlic and butter, wow! Fresh seafoods are the best, I love sushis and makis especially sea urchins.
Have you also tried sea plants (if that's the correct term for them)? They are actually appetizing and nutritious too, they say it's rich in iodine. They are best eaten raw with a little bit of salt and slices of tomatoes.
Are seafoods today really safe to eat? Because I have watched National Geographic and some of these animals actually are affected by pollution and pests. You can just watch how jellyfishes invade the shores most likely in high polluted areas. Can we also digest those poisonous substances?
Nevetheless, I still love seafoods no matter what. They are nutritious and really tasty. What is your favorite seafood recipes, can you share them because sometimes it's not good to eat the same recipe over and over again. Now I'm hungry

The very best seafood meal I ate was while in holiday in Majorca, back in the 1970s.
The holiday place was a very small fishing port, and early in the morning it was great to go to the beach and watch the local fishermen bringing in their haul of fish and shellfish.
Huge crayfish would be emptied from their nets into a large tank inside of the one and only restaurant in this small holiday resort, and customers requesting a crayfish meal would be told to choose the one they wanted from the large tank - I hated that part of it and closed my eyes so that I couldn't see the crayfish being lifted from the water, struggling for life, then plunged live into a pot of boiling water.
All the same, I couldn't help finding the crayfish dish absolutely delicious - even though I felt very guilty - the crayfish once boiled, would be lifted from the water, shelled, chopped, covered in butter and herbs, then baked in a clay oven.
