What is the best way to reduce belly size?

Anyone has an idea how to loose size of belly in weeks? What's the fastest and safest way to do this? I tried to do some exercise but its much too tiring and i dont feel like taking diet pills too coz they might have some side effects. I am looking for something like juice extracts maybe that can eliminate excess fat in certain areas of the body.

Ok, firstly I'll tell you that losing fat only short term will not work. You need to aim for being healthy and fit all the time and not just for summer. When starting to lose wieght you should work with dumbells or if you can't, then simply do push ups and sit ups. I suggest you should do simple stretching exercises in the morning too. Working your muscles is ideal for weight loss because it helps you lose weight even when you're not exercising, since muscles eat up those calories on their own. You should also do some long distance running and this is ideal for everyone of all ages. I suggest you should start a sport too. Maybe a martial art, maybe tennis. When looking into martial arts however you should be very careful to find the right one for you, and not be ripped off by some place that just wants your money.

i tried swimming this summer. I guess i "felt" some effect but i dont really know if there was. I'm not really into sports but maybe i can try badminton. Will that do?

If you are really serious about loosing weight then you will have to put in the effort. Although it is hard at first, you have to exercise and eat the right diet. Start of slow and work your way up. Miracle foods don't really work. You will have to make a choice and stick to it if you really want to lose weight.

starting tomorrow i'm going to go on a diet with some friends, we're going to do an exersize routine, 10 minutes of cardio followed by 30 crunches, and drink LOTS of water, at least a quart a day! Since our body is made out of mostly water, pretty much everyone is guilty of not drinking enough water!

You should welcome the difficulty! Overcoming a challenge builds character, welcome that! Exercise is the way to go, specifically running. Of course exercise is tiring, get over it because it's the best thing for you! Forget juice extracts, especially if you want something safe. What can be safer than moving your own body?

abdominal exercises are the best way to reduce the belly size. just 15-20 minutes a day and it can give startling results. sit right on top of your hips without sagging.then slowly bend forward, trying to touch your great toe of both legs with the coressponding arms. hold and remain in that position for 15 seconds. then revert back to original position. inhale deeply and do this. hold your breath and exhale after you have come to the rest posture. hope this helps you in some way. may the almighty be with you.
