Which kitchen gadget would you not want to be without?

Is there something you use in your kitchen every day that you'd really not want to be without? Something you use everyday, or something which makes your life easier?
Disregard the cooker of course, as I think we'd all agree that's a pretty handy gadget to have in a kitchen!
I think my favourite kitchen gadget is my bread maker. I love being able to just fling the ingredients in then come back 3 hours later to a lovely fresh warm loaf.

There's only one I would never want to do without... my coffee pot! I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't have my coffee first thing in the morning and it would take forever to make it without the coffee pot!

hmm there isn't really anything i can't do without, gadget that is. the only thing i can't do without would be my knife. it allows me to cut thick or thin slices of food. or even cut fancy shapes out of vegetables. another gadget that i'd prefer not to be without is the fruit juicer. imagine freezing the water melon and having a ice cold water melon juice on these hot days. that's just heaven and really helps make me feel cool. i don't have a bread maker but after reading about how you do it, i'm tempted to get one.

I'd have to say it's my microwave! I use it more than anything else in the kitchen and it's so convenient. Also saves a lot of electricity!

My blender - I start the day with a banana smoothie and couldn't do without it. The smoothie is cheap to make, nutritious and filling, and of course I also use the blender for soup, milkshakes, batters, cocktails (maybe oking about the last one!)

the gadget i could not live without is my garlic press
not because i use it every day, but when i do need garlic i hate to have to peel and chop it and i can never get it small enough anyways, so i would have to say that 1 for me. :)

I have two that I would not want to be without (well lots of them really but if I could only pick two...). One is my breadmaker like you except I use mine on the dough cycle then form my loaves, rolls or whatever myself let them rise again and bake them in the oven. The other is my griddle. We cook on the electric griddle a lot!! Breakfast, lunch or dinner it gets used most every day.

I still cook the conventional way, I think the one I always want to be with is my sharp knife. I like cutting, chopping and mincing in a rapid succession/rate.
Me and my father are the one's in-charge in cooking, I am the one left right now since my father works overseas and has been away for more than six months now.

It's a toss up between my coffee pot and slow cooker! I think I would let them fight it out. I have got to have that caffeine kick in the morning or else my day is ruined. My crock pot is so good to me. I just throw some ingredients in it in the morning and it serves me with a warm, cooked meal in the evening. I have never had a bad meal out of that thing.

Well, I'm taking coffee pot out of the equation here even though it is the most used gadet in my kitchen.
Next in line would have to be my mini food processor. I use it every day. it is barely bigger than a coffee cup and makes life in the kitchen a breeze.

I'd have to say mixer because it sure is hard to beat egg whites into a meringue by hand.
