How to deal wth a so called" Unpreditable officemate"?

i shudsay i don't have the patience to understand & even adjust for a person who's been so unpresictable... We have 1 officemate who's good in a way but very unpredictable in a way that sometimes i really can't understand hers charater!sometimes it's been so stressful in my part specially if she felt bad to our other officemates coz she just don't talk to anyone even me... how can i adjust to this kind of situation?can u help me enlighten my mind?

i think that kind of person is very moody all the time,sometimes one of my co-worker acted like that but because we all knew already her character we just remain silent if we feel that she is not in the mood and to avoid having trouble with her too.

it is tough. we have such a team mate. at times, he is quite good or atleast act like epitome of good things. next moment he is rude and just brat.
