I gained my weight again!!!

Oh my god! I have just gained my weight again. I don't know what to say to myself. I am so easily gain my weight even though I don't eat much. I just don't know why. Maybe my body is just that kind of body shape. However, I still wish I have a better strategy to lose my weight. Yet, I haven't found any good way to do so. That's so upset!

Guess what, I do drink green tea every five days a week. But it doesn't help me to lose my weight. Running, jogging, walking, cycling, and climbing stairs, I haven't try them before, I think this is good idea. I may try them if I have enough time and energy.

k...one thing you got to remember is that you cant lose weight only by diet etc.Green tea helps to reduce weight.The only way to lose weight is exercise....anything will do...running,swimming,walking,jogging.And one important and most useful exercise to tone leg muscles and maintain waist size is CLIMBING STAIRS.

Hi ml2blog. I'm sorry to know this. Lose weight is hard but gain again is easy and quick. Do you already tryed to walk to lose weight? Every day you walk around the block and drink much orange juice all the day. I do this and till now can control weight.

well,it happens to me too. i hate it. It's so hard to lose weight but it's so easy to gain them. this is unfair. but it's partly my fault too because i don't exercise and i eat alot. i'm currently trying to reduce my food intake. haha.
