What do you do to ensure that your PC is regularly maintained......?

What do you do to ensure that your PC is regularly maintained and tuned up to peak performance?
Normally, I scanned my PC with AVG or A-SQUARED to delete any virus, next using Spyware Doctor or Super antispyware
to remove any spyware, then clean it with Cclean. Finally,using Auslogics disk defrag to do defrag.
How about you?

I dont do nothing~~because Bitdefender take all care for my PC.....suddenly in case its not....just reinstall my Windows ~~~~:)) :)) no problem

you are good, i doesnt even use bitdefender ... im all alone in this world of viruses and spyware, if i start to think about this things in my pc everyday my head will start to explode ... i know, i was addict in keeping it clean now i doesnt bother about it, if i get to the worst case i just format and install

What is BITDEFENDER? Antivirus software or Antispyware ? Can you tell me more ?
