which is the best budget phone

I am looking for a basic phone that is cheap and yet has modern features like a camera,memory card slot.So i am troubling myself not sure which phone to buy.I have had various cellphones from many brands like nokia and motorola and they have never failed to impress.Which is the best budget phone.

just get a plan with verizion and see what phones they have for free. my friend got a phone for free that had everything a 70 dollar phone had.
