Sleeping Till 3:00 PM sounds not GOOD?????

Hi.. It's like 6 Months and i got to wakeup at 3:00 Pm likely daily. And i go to BED at 4:00 AM. Actually i like to have timepass on my Laptop till late night but now i want to change my Habbit what should i do. How do i change my habbit~~~some people says its not good for health and some says other blah blah. What did u say~~~!

make up your mind...keep firm and do it.You can join gym so that you can get up early in morning and time pass.Join a really expensive gym so that you are compelled to attend.many say that 6.5hrs of sleep per day is ideal.

Well its ntn to about Jim...cause i go to Club fow swimming n Long tennis daily...but its like i dont go to bed for like 2am or 3am lol....

That sounds wonderful actually,my dauhter allows me very little sleep so I would love this opportunity.Im guessing you dont have any children to be allowed this luxury.I would like to do this at least once a week if possible.How come you go to bed so late though.Do you have a job at nights?
