I don't know much about the site and what it offers but I tend to avoid the stuff that has you pay a fee. I wish I could help more but I've been very leary of stuff like this. Don't let it discourage you though, just a personal opinion. I've heard of it but never really ventured into it. Sorry I can't be much help.

Anytime a site is asking for money, a scam flag should go up. You don't need membership to get a list of legitimate online jobs. www.pcworkathome.net/customerserviceworkfromhome.html is 3 web pages of customer service jobs from home. If you visit the entire site, you'll see other jobs as well. It's free and you can check anytime. A couple companies might want you to pay for your background check, but they are legitimate.
