I Need Help with something online - will pay

I have a new forum and I need to fill it up with some posts to make it look populated.
Pay will be 10 cents per posts with a max of 10 posts per day.
I need ten people (or less if some users have more than one account where they pretend to be someone else. Users taking two spots will make 20 posts per day, users taking three spots will be making 30 posts per day, etc.)
Payments will be by PayPal.

What is there minimum payout.Did get your payment from this site.
Please send me the link.Clearly speaking I will search first about the legitimacy of the site.Then only I will join.If you show me the payment proof then I will join the site without any hesitation.
