I'm new here. I love photography and gardening. This is a photo of my lilacs a couple of days ago. They are starting to fade now. Anyone else like gardening and photography? I know there are lots of you who do but Im not sure how to find you.

I'm not much of a gardner, but I can surely appreciate flowers. Lilacs are something I remember from my youth. Even if I'm not around them much anymore, just seeing a picture of them brings back the sweet aroma. Thanks for the memory.

Hi kenzie. I think I already know you from Gather? Lilacs are so stronly scented with their sweetness. How could we not remember them from childhood? I used top pick my mother bouquets of them from wild bushes. Mmmmmmm.... (inhaling as I bury my nose in them).

Hi there! I love gardening and photography too. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any flowers on my Lilac bush. I thought of transferring it to a sunnier location hoping I get lucky next season. So, a friend of mine usually give me some Lilac blooms to enjoy. They really smell good. Enjoy your Lilacs!

How old is your lilac? Sometimes it takes a few years to produce blooms. Also, it should get at leat 6 hours of sun. Maybe next year will be the charm!
