How is it that you pick the discussion that you want to answer? Do you pick them up from your 'Intrests', or do you select them from 'New Discussions' or from 'recent discussions ? or Do you participat in any tpoic that intrests you,it can be under your intrest or not?

I like to go through the new or recent discussions because there is more variety in topics.

I look at the 'todays top discussions' and 'discussions from my interests' boxes on my home page and look for topics that I might be interested in. Then when i've read the discussion i'll comment if I can think of anything of any value to say.

Well, how do these topics go to the top discussion section? I dont read those in the begining as most of the people do that. I go for the new discussins and then the intrests

Normally if it interests me I will answer it, if it's something I k now about I again will answer it.. I won't pick something though that is like 10 paragraphs long than gives us a question that only leaves us with less than a few lines with an answer I find that to be a waste of time.. Well mine anyway.. So yes it has to be some range of my interest and not a long story for me to answer it..

Hi there Sangs! Well, I usually start from choosing a topic through the discussions from my interest. From there, I will respond to other related topics, the ones which appears on the bottom of my chosen discussion. After that, I will choose more from my interest. When I found nothing that I would want to respond to, I would choose discussions from the discussions with no responses so they will have one. I really don't like it when I get no response on my discussions so it would be cool to make other people's day by responding to their discussion that doesn't have any response yet.

I think most people select to respond to posts out of shared interest, weather it be cooking , companion pets hobbies etc. or advice on a topic that is within their expertise of experience, there is a nice range of culture on this board with a wide range of experiences and knowledge... my thinking here is ask and you shall receive, go with what you feel is right. :)

After I've checked the discussions I've started and replied to, and my friends' discussions, I go through my interests, then I go through the new discussions.

Sometimes I'll go through my interests, but rarely. Mostly I just login and look through the listings on the right-hand side of my homepage, opening in new tabs the ones that look interesting to me.

I look at the ones which are sent to me and go through them and as I answer them I check the bottom of the pages and see if there is anythere that seems interesting to me as well. There are sometimes NO discussions that are sent to me that I feel I want to respond to and there are days that I start reading them and decide I'll get back to them later. I still can't figure this whole thing out.......maybe I will one day, but it doesn't matter because I think it's a lot of fun.

Most of the time i look in the new, hot topic, today's top, recent discussions to look for things to comment too. Sometimes i look in discussions of my friends and interest. But that is really rare. Mostly new and hot topics. There are so many pages to look through to the point you will find plenty to comment too.

First I check my responses to previous posts, then I look at my fav topics. After that I take a general look around for anything that interests me.
