Do you have breakfast every morning?

I've found many friends around me don't have breakfast every morning. Some of them do not having the habit of taking breakfast. Some others always get up late and hurry to go to work, so they do not have the time. And still others may eat very little foods which they like. In my opinion, the habit of not taking breakfast may do bad to people's stomach and influence the job in the morning.They feel hungry and there are not foods at hand. But they never try to change the situation. I do not know why. So what about your experience and ideas about that. I hope you can share that with me. Thanks!

Morning, heartsoul. I have breakfast every morning, full~~ Ever since i was a child, i was told by my father that it is a must to have breakfast, otherwise it will do harm to health, especially women. If i don't have or have little to begin a day, i'd underperform all day. It may become part of my life. Anyway, i just enjoy having breakfast

Good morning, lynettbyc. And thanks for sharing your experience. Yes, having breakfast is a good habit and it provides us the necessary nutrition and energy to maintain daily work. I think it is a must though some people have special examples. Anyway, I think we should learn to protect health first.

I have ner been a breakfst person either everynow and then I will eat some breakfast. I do like Coffee though. and maybe a piece of toast.

I am one of those that does not have breakfast every morning. I usually only have breakfast once in awhile and that is when a friend calls me to go our to eat for breakfast or sometimes on my husbands weekends off I will fix the family breakfast.

Thanks for sharing your experience. People keep a kind of habit according to their ideas and conditions. But I think in order to keep health, it is better to have breakfast in the morning.

I am someone that have to eat breakfast everyday and I become more tired if I dont eat it and cannot concentrate myself at class. So I eat it even if I am going to come late to class or anything else lol. But I do have tons of friends that doesnt eat breakfast ans some classmate that bring breakfast with them to school and eat it after the first lesson. I think that's just a habit, and I did not eat breakfast when I was younger..

Hello, 5mayday. Thanks for your sharing with the experience. Most of young people do not have the habit of taking breakfast because they think it is time-wasting and even some of them do not like the kind of foods. Whether taking or not is up to ideas of their own. In order to keep health and make good performance, I suggest it is better to keep a good habit!

I do have something to eat every morning. Most times it's just a bowl of cereal or if I'm in a hurry I'll eat a piece of toast and some fruit on the run. It's important that you do eat something every morning in order to jump start your metabolism. It'll make you feel more alert and give you more energy to start your day with something nutritious in your system.
I know that if I forget to eat, I'll end up with a headache well before noon.

The most important meal of the day is breakfast so I really don't skip it. It jumpstarts your day. Not eating breakfast slows down your metabolism and gives you bad breath.

I have brunch everyday.
Breakfast is too early for me normally.
Sometimes I just skip brunch altogether (unless you count coffee) when I can't find food.

I think it depends on according to the life style of different people. But generally speaking, taking breakfast brings much good than harm to people's health!

i'm not hungry when I wake so I rarely eat breakfast at all .. It's usually about noon when I actually want to eat. I know that it can further metabolism problems so I try and have something to stimulate the start of my metabolism. LOL!!

Not every morning like i use to. There was a time when i did eat breakfast every morning. Then coffee became the breakfast fuel that keeps me going. Most of the time I don't get up in the morning not until 11:00. So around that time I fix a pot of coffee and might have some fruit. But every now and then i might eat breakfast. But it's mainly coffee for breakfast.

i dont eat breakfast i never did i could not get in the habbit to i drink coke for my breakfast i know that is werrid that is i got a coke

Thanks for your comment! People in different countries have different habits towards the same thing. I suggest in order to keep healthy, it is better to have healthy food for your breakfast!

I do take my breakfast in the morning. the breakfast is very important for us in our daily routine. it keeps us energetic for the whole day. in my life, if i fail to have breakfast in the morning, i will catch headache in the afternoon and it will continue for the whole day. so , i will have my breakfast regularly.

Generally most people need to have breakfast to keep energetic for the whold day though there are some special examples that some people can perform well even without breakfast. But I think it's better to keep the habit for your health in the future!

I just don't like eating breakfast. I'm really not a breakfast person because I don't like the type of foods that are generally eaten at breakfast. Eggs just do not always sit well with me. Not sure why, but they don't. So if I can, I'll eat something else that isn't really a breakfast food just so I can have something to eat.

Taking a light breakfast in morning will energize the rest of the day. Having left the food bag empty in morning, body does not gain anything as there would be a long gap between your last night dinner.

nope i don't lol i just drink some hot chocolate and i'm ready to go. i rarely eat breakfast because i always wake up late in the morning everytime i had to go to school

every morning, i make it a point to eat breakfast since i always get cranky without food, or sweets in the morning, for that matter :D
they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we have to make it a point to take it.

I had no habit of taking breakfast one year ago.Ofcourse,
it caused the disease of stomach.I wanted to change but fail.Until one day I watched the TV programe about cooking breakfast such as bread'egg'pan and so on.It intersted me and I tied it the second day.The feeling that eating breakfast cooked by myself is so beautiful.
Frome that time I change the bad habit because of the interesting of cooking.Now my habit of cooking and eating breakfast haved been lasted for one year,and I became healty. Besides,it is good for healty that drinking a cap of water before having breakfast.
