Experts in human behavior suggest you to follow these key rules to control your emotion; 1. Watch your personal pressure gauge to make sure steam is not building up inside 2. Avoid situation that will irritate you, make you angry, jealous and envious of others.Develop self-control 3. If you are already mad and getting madder, system off the rage harmlessly What else you guys can share?

hello there. it is up to you to hold these feelings. you are right that you have to avoid such situations, but sometimes it comes to you and how you react is a reflection of what you are. i think if you have a lot of patience, then you will be able to control emotions.

Oooh don't really like that word 'controlling' emotions, I'd like to think I can regulate my emotions, when I feel situations arouse my emotions (negatively) I might like to have a look why this is happening. Is it this particular situations I am in now or a build up of different things and now I feel like blowing a fuse. Silly as it sounds counting to 10 can help and staying in the moment.
