We had this terrible neighbor in our past residence who was very obnoxious! He was both nosy and noisy that no matter how diplomatic our dealings with him, he really snapped us out of our patience! He got drunk a lot, yell a lot, and the worst part of all, he is the best chatterbox in the whole neighborhood! hew! we're glad we are out of there!
How about you, what is your worst experience with a neighbor?

We live in a rural community filled with dogs and dog lovers. The homes are separated by a good deal of acreage and low and behold a dog hater decided to move in on the last vacant parcel of land knowing how many dogs were in a 2 mile radius of his home.
He would call each neighbor in the wee hours of the morning (like at 4am) to inform us that our dogs were barking. At first, I tried to be polite but that tactic was not appreciated. He wanted us all to get rid of our animals and anything less was unacceptable to him.
One night when all was quiet, about 4 AM, I returned the favor. I called him and woke him up to tell him the dogs were all quiet, and that I would continue to report to him in this manner every night they were silent and that he could continue to call me if they barked.
They moved a few months later and the neighborhood is still full of dogs.

We had a neighbor with a barking dog. I mean at all times of the day and night and no matter how many times I talked to her she did nothing about the barking. The barking was very loud and it sounded like it was in the house when it was barking. It ended up I called the police on her and they came over and the dog was barking and they told me that they saw what I was talking about. Well, they cited her and told her she had to keep the dog quiet or get rid of it. She got rid of the dog and was mad at me and told me it was my fault that she had to get rid of it. So needless to say she never talked to me after that. But I don't care. I gave her every opportunity to control her dog.

well...
i have been staying in my flat since i was 3..
so i cannot compare but just judge my current one...
i dont really like them as i feel that they are not really friendly and do not mix with us..
thats ok,
but they will burn their offerings in the walkway and make our house really smelly and dirty.
we do close our doors, but there is no use at times.
they are really mean!!!
cannot stand them...lol...
your neighbour sounds worse than mine though....

When i was younger i had a neighbor who would let our rabbits out of the cages and hide them places, even killed a few. At another house we lived at the neighbor called the cops on my dad which was funny because they only new mine and my brothers last name and its different from our dads so the cop used his first name with my last name. They would leave threatening letters in out mail box addressed the same way.

I have a horrible neighbor. She is afraid of dogs and one day when she was walking past my house she sprayed mace at my 8lb shi-tzu. The dog scared her and even when my 8 year old son picked up our puppy, she kept spraying. When my husband confronted her about the dangers of pepper spray around children, she called the police and filed a complaint about our dog being off a leash in our front yard!
