Sleep talking...do you?

When I was young after I take a nap in the afternoons, my mom would ask me what made me happy early that morning. I would wonder why. She said you were still playing while you were sleeping. It happens a lot whenever I am too excited and happy before I sleep. Its like I'm still happy in my sleep.
When I grew I little older and I had to go on sleep overs, they told me that too. So I am a sleep talker. Nothing is secret to me then. LOL.
Now, I don't know since I sleep alone. What about you? Do you talk while sleeping?

No I don't sleep talk. But now that you have mentioned it I have remembered a guy i went to boarding school with. He used to sleep talk so bad that you could almost have a conversation with him when he was asleep.
Unfortunately he would obey what you said to him and since boys will be boys some naughty guys used to tell him "ok Jimmy, hurry up taking a leak we are going to leave you behind". And with that, he took a nice long leak!!!!

I talk and sometimes walk in my sleep when I'm really tired and have something that really has been keeping my mind busy. I'm just glad that I don't always enunciate well, when I'm asleep. I think my husband would wonder who I was talking about or to sometimes.

I do, but not always. It only happens only when Im too stressed like when I had a problem that's bugging me, I was like talking to someone and debating about the solution to the problem. That's what my mama and my sister, who were in the other room, told me the next morning.

Really! This only means that eventhough you are resting your body, your mind/brain still is working to find/look for the solution to what is bothering you. Since your mother and sister heard it, you must really be very eager to discuss the solution in your sleep. Thank you for responding. Take acre =)

that was funny..
well, I don't know if I am a sleep talker, coz I never hear myself talking whenever I am sleeping..
but they told me that they always see me smiling whenever I am sleeping. and sometimes, I feel that too.

My granddaughter talks a lot in sleep, some times she sings and recites her school lessons, but if i ask about that, she says, i never did, i am sleeping, don't disturb me..
