I just wonder what should i do if one of my friends has cancer and he don't kown it himself, should i tell him the truth or not? please fell free to share your views,thanks!

i think he have the right to know about his condition..it maybe hard to accept at first but sooner or later he will know about his illness, better tell it to him than to be accused of lying. and there will be an advantage if he knows about his illness he will be having the urge to fight and live..help him to accept his situation just be there for him and make sure that he is in a good condition when you tell him about his illness.

Though it is a sad news, I think you can tell him because he himself will know that sooner or later. And if the cancer is at its early stage, maybe his illness can be cured. That's a matter about life. So you should tell him and comfort him.

Absolutly,if your a friend,friendship is trust and faith type thing,just let him know your their for him.
