Since your paypal is attached to your credit card or debit card or bank account you can withdraw and transfer it. That's the best thing about paypal because you can use it for online transaction but of course you need to follow the rules and guidelines.

You can surely get the money to your bank account, But its better to use the amount for buying online. Its a better option to buy goods online from your paypal account than using credit cards or transferring them to your paypal account. Now as e-commerce has grown so much that you can get anything under the sun online. You can try ebay or amazon which is very trusted sites in this field. Best of luck

You can request a check or a transfer to you checking account. But if you want to have it linked to your account you have to provide alot of verification. It is more secure for buying online because you never give out your CC or banking info.
