How much tea you drink everyone and when do you ususally drink tea?

I always have at lest one cup first thing in the morning. But I like tea very much so I may have more throughout the day. and even sometimes right before bed. The caffeine in tea doesn't seem to keep me awake, the warmth of the tea actually helps me fall asleep.

I don't drink tea in the morning, on an empty stomach. I like to have tea at afternoon or evening. Most I enjoy green tea with guarana flavour, and many other specific kinds of tea.

I love tea and I like to start my day with tea, so I drink that with breakfast. I do like to have tea during the day too but I really want it in the mornings to help me wake up.

I love tea.I drink tea 4 to5 cups daily.I need bed tea.After that I take tea after breakfast.Then in evening around 6'0 clock.Sometime 2 or 3 cups in addition.If somebody offers me tea I cannot deny.This is one of my week point. I generally take milk tea.Although excessive of milk tea creates acidity.I take black tea but not so much.I occasionally take black tea.During summerdays I like ice tea.

me too! i love tea...i drink it a lot. especially milk tea. it;s my favorite =)
