Have you ever thought of any meaning or story about your name? For example, my English name is Victor which means to achieve victory in life. I think there is a story or a kind of meaning behind everyone's name. So what about yours? Could you share your experience with me? Thanks!

Hi there heartsoul! Actually, my aunt who chose my name told me where she got it. I am Maria Angelica. She got Maria from Mama Mary and Angelica from Angel which is my nickname in real life. I think she expected that I will be really kind and angelic.

Hi, yeeh, most of people have a name containing some meanings, but for me , I always felt that my name is too easy, qingli, like the example what you took, means victory, it's not intresting. Sometimes I want to change my name~~

Thanks for your comment! Changing name is an inconvenient task in out country because your name is included in many kinds of records of your life. I think sometimes name is a symbol. Someone calls your name and you know someone is looking for you.

my parents named me after a dancer with hopes that i'd be just like her... UNFORTUNATELY, i grew up not knowing how to dance well ^_^
