What was the worst grocer you have tried visiting?

Some years ago, my collegues and I were surprised by a new grocery coming up to our neighbour. This is actually something that we've always wanted. Well of course, imagine the convenience it could bring us. Well, the grocery isn't really new at all, it's actually a very well known grocer in the country. Reputation wise, mmmm? well, the name itself got it, at least some good things about it. Yes, I think it is one of the worst. Well I think the only good thing about them is the air conditioning system it has. But the things you maybe looking for in a famous grocer is definitely missing. From poorly trained staff to non-customer friendly physical arrangements of the things your looking for. Andwhat do you expect more, a very long line at the counter. One time, I bought ice cream, so excited about the new flavors of my favorite ice cream brand so I tried buying one, brazo de mercedes. It was late when i realized that i have to fall in line for long, that the ice cream starts to melt down, even before my turn at the cashier.
