hi all my mylotter friends.my daughter won first place(her hair dresser did) for her haircut at the local hairdressers trade show.she was the model and they got first place for male and female haircuts and first place for team effort.this was her first modelling job and she did well.it seems the trend is going back to old world hair designs.to make this int a discussion, what was the weirdest trend that you ever had with hair designs,or what was the worst hair disaster you ever had.i am trying to add a photo with this and my daughter is the one on the left when you look at the photo.i hope it works.cheers sue

I found it Sue! Wow, that's a very impressive hairstyle on a very pretty model. You must be so proud and delighted. I'm going to surprise you now. Despite being male I do have a hair disaster tale. When I was in my late teens my hair was 3' long. It stretched well over my shoulders. I shared a house with some male friends and one night, in a drunken moment of intense stupidity, I said that I wanted to cut my hair short. Naturally one of my friends volunteered to do the honours. "Why not" I thought. About an hour later I looked more like a hedgehog. The length was gone, but tufts stood out here and there. There was an air force base just up the road. I went there the next day and had a crue cut, it was the only thing that I could do. Happy days.

That's great Sue, I'm sure you're proud of her as she is for you too. I don't have any experience on any competition nor became a model of fashion or stylists, I just keep my hair and maintain it the normal way. Also, I have a friend who knows how to trim hair and that's where I usually go to whenever I want to cut it.

Hi there suehan! Congratulations to your daughter and her stylist! She is pretty and that's a great do. I guess the weirdest thing I've done with my hair is to dye all of it blue. I am not that really adventurous with my hair so that's much about it.
