problem after update windows xp services pack 3

hi, i have some problem with 2-3 computer in my office. After update with windows XP services pack 3, Microsoft office can't save direct to domain group. So, any of u know how to solve that problem? and are u also have problem after update with services pack 3.

Maybe the firewall is blocking it. SP3 re-enables firewall even if you disable it in group policy. Read this article http://www.asktheadmin.com/2008/04/windows-xp-sp3-enables-firewall-even-if.html better turn off firewall first then check. If you are using other firewall program ensure you allow file sharing.
