well god has given us life to live, good health to enjoy it the way we want. and about 49, i feel sorry when you say that. true in these times it is difficult to think of 99 or plus 99, but dear marsha this is the time when we have the maximum number of japanese people who are above 100 and this figure is increasing every year !!!!!!!by the way at what age yoy are rt now and what is your life style.
you must love yourself and involve in some work like this gentleman did which keeps you really busy. i think yhis is one single reason which can take us to that magic figure !!!!

I am 42.....
Actually I think I am really pretty healthy, except that I get tired so easy. I think that is related to my sleep and will bring that up when I have my next physical.

i am glad dear marsha about you .
but you are only 42. and this is the time when you must learn to conserve what you have.the decline has already started and thats why i said conserve. when you go for your medical have yourself checked for diabetes. i wish you dont have it. but when you say i get tired easily so i have to caution you on that.
eat well and exercise your fat out. you will not only start looking fit but you will feel physically better also. children must have grown up.try your daughters jeans and tell me how you feel.

oh yeah that must be something . living upto 99 is not a joke.the man must be a diehard professional .it is the urge to live perhaps makes one live longer. the urgency to finish the job at hand and to get the things done right perhaps keeps the fire of life burning. strong is the fire so will be the life. i think.
