I have a 2 month old that is already teething. The pour little thing is very fussy because of it. Does anyone out there have any advice on what to do?
I've tried teethers, they don't work, she doesn't want anything to do with them, she's too young to understand that cold will feel good!
Tempra seems to make her very awake and excited, she can't sleep so I won't give it to her.
Help! lol

Hi! Baby Orajel helped our daughter. It helped ease the pain. You might want to check with your doctor first though since your baby is much littler. I hope you find something that helps your little one!

Well I use to use a teething gel which did work also I found these little teething rusks they are kind of like little hard bread sticks I use to dip it in something like honey or peanut butter that always work for a little bit but your bub may be a bit small for them.. I also use to just give them a wet face washer and found it the best.. Id just wet it under the tap and give it to them.. The kids would just suck on it.. sometimes I think the teething rings are too cold that's why I think my kids didn't like them anyway.. they did like the face washer with just cold tap water that way they could hold it without it being freezing on their little hands but still have some coldness there.. Good Luck ...

two months seems too early to teeth. you may want to check with your pediatrician. it may just be growing pains. if it is teething though, there are these teething tablets you can get (pretty much anywhere, i get them at walmart in the medicine section) and they are AMAZING! they disolve right in the baby's mouth and they really help. Like i said tho, i would check with the dr. first, b/c most babies don't get their first teeth until 6-10 months. infants motrin may help aleviate any pain, but check on the dosage.

My Mother in law suggested to us to get Teething Tablets. They are a lot safer to use than the orajel and other things. They r just these little tiny tablets that disolve in babies mouth. It worked for my baby. I am not sure what else to really do since your baby is only 2 months old. Sorry I am of no help...! Good luck though!!:)

I used to let my kids chew, or suck, on a wet wash cloth. Or you can get those popsicles that you have to freeze yourself. Since she doesnt like the cold that much, try just putting them in the refrigerator. That way they arent frozen, just cold. It helped with mine. Hope it helps you. Good Luck :)
