OK.The best thing to do when you are dealing with other people is to communicate. Tell them you want to discuss expenses and let them know your concerns about the utilities. Ask if you can take the average they have been paying and then see what the difference is after you moved in and then you will pay the difference. I hope that helps.

You and your boyfriend could sit down and talk with them and explain how you are feeling. Maybe you could get them to commit to a contract in writing as to what they will pay and what they will not.

It always hard to share one house with other people, especially the stranger,no all your roommates would concern about your problems,so it's better to talk with them when you're unhappy.but if they do not care of your feeling, you'd better to find a new place or ask them to move out.

You could ask these people to move out and find another room mate but, if that's not possible, then you should find another place to live. I don't know if you signed a lease but, if you did, you may be held responsible for your portion of the rent until they can find new room mates. This is why you should never live with anyone that you don't know really well.

I would either move out or find another couple to move in with you. I dont think I would want to share with another couple unless they were people i had known for a very long time. some people are much freer with things than others 'and will run up the cost of utilities.
