And why did Tigh let her? To allow something like that under a flag of truce. I like Athena, but she should have been shot first. Kill one person to avert a war. As it stands it's a real clusterfrak! I can't wait 'til Friday!

I don't think Tigh really let her... it was more that he couldn't stop her. Also, Athena is a known Cylon with Cylon-y connections; Tigh had a lot more reason to trust that Athena knew something he didn't than to believe that Six was innocent. Unfortunately, his trust was misplaced.

I meant that Tigh shouldn't have ordered the soldiers to stand down. And he didn't even ask Athena what it was about or oredered Athena to stand down. He just stood there and let her kill the most important cylon to the humans in stopping the war.
