Was Jesus married...? Do you belive in the davinci code.....?

I think jesus must have married.. but many tell that during those times, marriage ceremony or custom was not necessary.. practice of just being together as partners and bearing children also existed.. if jesus said to follow his path and if he had not married means, the christians being his followers must not marry.. is it true that christians must follow his way..?

The Jesus figure was supposedly a good Jew from the time he was a young man. He followed the laws of his religion to the letter. This tells me that he should have married around the age of 20 which is expected of a Jewish man. This was the custom and he seemed to follow the rules and customs of his time. Everything that he did in his life was not written down and the church saw fit to make drastic changes in certain oral stories that were passed down, so we will never have the whole truth. I really don't get the hype created if Jesus was married. What i mean is that theirs nothing wrong if god or if the son of God was married. I am an Hindu and in my religion, marriage is a sacred affair, and is a very honorable thing. Even some of the gods of my religion are married. And as far as the da vinci code is concerned, i think it is true. I believe their was a Mary Magdeline, and the best part is that, even today somewhere in the world, a person is carrying the blood of the great Jesus. Sends goose bumps through out your body, doesn't it.

Hi saverio, The only record that we have of Jesus is in the Bible itself, and it doesn't mention that he was married. There is no reason why he could not have been of course, because his whole story is not told. There would be nothing wrong with it as he had as much right to marry as any other man of his day. Hi, first of all, most of my friends and I don't believe in Jesus, so I don't know weather there was a Jesus in the history. I have seen part of the mcvie" Davinci code",,but it's hard to understand.
