Affordable health insurance for the self-employed

Now that I am officially self-employed, I need to find health insurance that is affordable (i.e. cheap) as my income level is lower than it was before. I think I have heard people talk of health insurance that you can get a group rate for even while being self-employed. Does anyone know what the name of the company is or a good website I could go to for more information? I live in Massachusetts which passed a law last year requiring every person to have health insurance or face penalties at income tax time. I do have a couple of relatively minor but chronic health conditions, also, so health insurance is pretty much a necessity for me.
