Lately, Has MyLot been .....

Hi everyone. Just curious: Has MyLot been running more slowly for you all during the last couple weeks? It has for me. I have cable modem and it's just taking awhile to load. Am I the only one experiencing this, or has anyone else had MyLot load and run very slowly lately?
If I am NOT the only one, maybe because it's becoming more popular and getting more members? What do you think?

HI Bethany yes actually it has been getting a little slow at least that is what i am seeing also.. There are more members so that is a good thing, last time i looked it was 125, and it's now 150,617 so it grew alot over the past few weeks... It's not your connection at all it's just mylot and it's being slow cause there are alot of people here during the day which slows down the pages!

Im sorry, but I heard that my lot is going to collapse. I dont know that rumor is true or not. but somebody has spray it. And I feel very sad

I've never heard that. They seem stable and have always paid. I will only believe this rumor when I see it happen. Hopefully it won't though, because I like MyLot.

I can't say that I have noticed this, but I haven't been online as much the last few weeks. It could be that there are more and more people joining or it could just be something going on with the cable. Hope all gets better and faster for you!

There have been a few times lately when things are taking for ever to load but it hasn't been all the time , just now and then - yesterday was REALLY bad for me! I have noticed this happening now and then over the last year or so but luckily it never lasts too long - not usre why it happens at all xxx

Hi Bethany! It is not slow for me for the last five days! Before that it was very slow for more than a week. Now it seems to be alright. The fact of Mylot becoming more popular and getting more members cannot be disputed by any!

Yeah it's been pretty slow for me too. It takes awhile before things will post and it takes awhile for discussions to load. It's getting kind of annoying too. I hate waiting that long for my replies or discussions to post.

No its been about the same for me. It takes a few seconds to bring the page up like 2 seconds. But I think its always been that way. It could be your computer I know when my labtop is acting up the site is a lot slower and it takes forever to load up a page. But its been working normally for me.

I happened to me just now. I have just finished a long response and when I submitted it, this site stopped working and then my response had gone. Oh, My GOD! I don't want to write it again. It was such a long response! I hope I will not come to this situation again and I hope no one on mylot will come to it any more.
