they pay once a quarter if you have over 25.00 and the best way is to start entering what you eat in the food journal every day, also set up a workout program and watch the videos. also read the news . every article for that day. i will be posting my total at the end of the day. i am averaging about 7.00$ per day on the site and havent had to spend more than an hour, or an hour and a half at the most doing it.

i sure hope so too, im on my way to bed and my total cash earnings for the site stands at a whopping 67.985$
the best way to make it but is hard a first to figure out is to start a food journal. i add everything in the morning from the previous day, so my log is basically one day behind but i find it convenient. good luck

I am also a member of the site. The basic point of the site is a bunch of health and wellness information, as well as being able to track your progress in your workouts.
If you are the type of person who writes down what you do for exercise, then this sit will work well for you. It lets you track all different kinds of workouts, and even lets you customize one if a pre-made one doesn't fit your workout routine.
If you are the type of person who can barely remember to go to the gym, much less keep track of what you did well enough to input it into the computer, this is not for you. You may get some benefit from reading the articles alone, but that's not enough to make the payout worth it.
The payout is only paid out at the end of each quarter(ie, March 1st, June 1st, Sept. 1st, and Dec 1st.) if you have a $25 minimum. The minimum is not hard to get, but it's easier to do it gradually over time as opposed to forgetting about it and trying to get $15 in just a few days(trust me, i've tried both ways the turtle method is better with this site)
Just a note, if you do decide to go ahead and sign up, they will make you fill out your health history before you start earning points, so make sure you have about 10-15 minutes to dedicate to the sign up process. Good luck with your workout regimen!
