What do you usually have for the three meals in a day?

As you know, everyone usually take three meals in a day to meet the demand of health! So what do you often have for the three meals? 1.Breakfast. In our country people often just have a bowl of porridge with several lite dishes with little fat. It is said the food for breakfast should be nutrient without much fat in it. 2.Lunch. In our country people usually have rice as main food for the lunch. It is said that we should eat full for lunch to keep strength because the body consumes more in the day than in the night as the body keeps active during the day. 3.Supper.In our country people generally eat delicious but less for supper for it is said having less will be helpful for sleep during the night. What about the habit in your country and your experience? I hope you can share it with me. Thanks!

Breakfast is the most important meal for me. I normally eat cereals, bread, porridge mostly heavy foods in the morning but it is only when I'm in holiday. When I'm studying, I only take tarts or grab a bun. For lunch, rice is a must in my house and as for dinner I'll have parathas or capatis unless my mum cooked my favourrite briyani or chicken rice. There are days when I have biscuits or oats in the evening.

I'm a Filipina so rice is a staple for me. I eat rice on all three meals. They say it'll make you fat but I dont think so. I'm healthy at 116lbs (I'm 5'5" tall.)

In my country people take breakfast accordind to their location In east people prefer puffed rice,with tea.In west and north wheat pan cake we called it paratha with curry or curd. In south idly a dish prepared with grounded rice and lentils and curry and chutney(prepared with coconut) In lunch rice is the main food with curry and boiled lentil,dishes of fish,chicken,mutton.Some part of people prefer chapati also. In dinner mostly people prefered chapati or parathas with curry.In eastern india rice is more popular.they prefer rice over chapati with fish curry.

I'm a Filipina so rice is a staple for me. I eat rice on all three meals. They say it'll make you lose weight but personally, I look healthy. I'm just 116 lbs and 5'5" tall. THat's healthy.
