harrasment at work

neece is her name, she is a pain, a black female. she has the corp. by the sack and she gets away with murder, calling people crackers and other racist names has gotten dozens of people fired not to mention the ones who quit. I have been dealing with her for 2 years, have seen human resources 3 times and my branch manager twice, nothing. what should I do to rid myself of this person or what can I do short of going postal...

being one that ended up having a f**k it attitude about it while there i say like this unless she pulls a parnell she aint going nowhere...i mean try to get her to hit you maybe i need to come up there and run my mouth.i got ur bak homie
