What do you think of rain?

Last night, we had a strong thunderstorm at our place. There were strong thunder and lightning and very strong rain! I was on my way home when it bursted. wow! it was terrible! Good that i brought an umbrella with me. I know rain is good for plants and without it is also not good for human kind, but I hate rain! I just can't help it. Especially if i'm not at home. I don't like my feet getting wet and dirty. And its very inconvenient walking under the rain or commuting. It's raining again today.. I don't like it. what about you? what's your reaction on rain?

I don't mind rain, except that I wear glasses. It drives me crazy when rain gets on my glasses. There's a study out there that says that people that wear glasses (regularly, habitual contact-wearers don't count) are significantly more likely to hate the rain than non-glasses wearers. However, a nice drizzle is no problem for me other than the glasses thing.

For me, rain is something beautiful, a time when gods bless us with water from the heavens. I love dancing and singing in rain, getting wet and enjoying the bliss concerned with it.But their are times when rains irritate me, specially when i don't want to get wet and i am stuck in it.
But generally, rain gives me positive energy, makes my mood happy.
