Dreams or Reality?

I often remember a place or event as it happened that already have dreamed it long ago. Have you only met a person but your blood is boiling up to him or her like an enemy on your past? Do we really have a psychic ability when were still a baby and we losing it as we grow? It's really hard to explain,and I can not remember what else I have dreamed of that might happen to me on the future. Any though or situation you encounter that similar to what have I have writen?

I'm not psychic but I do get those sometimes..I would remember suddenly that I have already been to this place or something like,this was in my dreams...once I had a dream about being behind the counter of a clothes store, I totally forgot about it but after a few months, I started my own boutique and suddenly remembered again that "hey, I'm familiar with this feeling"...
