Hey guys, havent been on here in a while since...

Well i was recovering from my break up, i still cry every now and then if i remember some things. He told me he loves me. But well i'll just see where things could work from this point on forward. I forgive him and he's forgiven me also for whatever shortcoming i have had. I kept my self strong but i still get numb sometimes, meaning, i just go frozen and then stare into space, devoid of feelings. But oh well, life's like that. What's your comfort when you are down? Me, are Ruffles potato chips:p

hi mickeycat, don't worry that is a part of life being failed once but there's so many things you can do, like go along with your friends have fun and i know it's hard for you to adjust, but you can do that just move on, don't think about him..it's keepin me comfort when i am down, i'm going to rooftop in our house and listening music on the radio. ^^

I'm sorry your heart has been broken. Everyone experiences this in their lifetime..some more times than others. It is never easy. You just need to pick yourself up and force yourself to stay busy even when you don't feel like it. Make it a point to hang out with friends and family. Get involved in some new activity that you have always wanted to do. It will keep your mind off your sorrow. Whenever my daughter has a broken heart I tell her "You create your own happiness and misery. Do NOT depend on someone else for your happiness, make your own".

I'm sorry that you are still feeling really bad. Maybe try reading a good book, or a bubble bath, something relaxing. Even going for a walk might help cause it gets the endorphens going. I wish you all the best.

All of us feel down and low at some time in our life. No use brooding over it. You can try and involve yourself in something you love. Like for example reading or gardening or something. Or maybe for a change you can go on a vacation and come back refreshed. What has happened has happened. Nothing can be done about it. Bad times will pass us by. If one door closes another will open just for you . Dont worry cheer up
