I was surfing through the channels and suddendly i started watching this cookery show of
Kylie Kwong---cooking with heart and soul.
The show got me so much interseted and the recipes she makes are smiple and the ingredients are also easliy available in the market.Kylie is basically a chinese born and a reowned resturanter now settled in Australia.
She generaaly makes chinese receipes and gives amazing smiple tips to make your life better in the kitchen.
be sure to watch her show atleast once.....

Hi dragonflies,
I do like the style that people with Chinese heritage bring to most anything they do. Kylie Kwong is just like that - so knowledgeable and creative, but unpretentious and down-to-earth at the same time.
I gather her father named her Kylie after Kylie Minogue - I'm just guessing, though.
Anyway, I agree she's well worth watching on TV - something for everyone.
I do believe she's a fifth generation Australian, but the Chinese culture is strong with this one Obi Wan.
