I like thigh, drumstick and wings.
Mostly I will go for this three parts.
If this three part is not available,
maybe I will go to other shop/restaurant,
or eat other food.

Mostly we eat chicken here, so I buy a whole chicken , but will ask them to remove the skin and give it to me separately. I give it to my pet. Chicken bones I never give her because I have heard that it does more harm than good.
For her I get mutton bones from the shop separately.
Chicken mince I get ready made and some times lollipops. We like chicken here at home and because it is a light meat.

Usually legs. I am not that fond of the white meat, but I will occasionally buy that part if the recipe calls for it. Lately I have been buying deboned thighs. You can use them in a recipe that calls for bre*sts but they are less dry and more flavorful. A lot of the time I will buy the whole chickens as well, as I like a nice baked chicken.

I always buy chicken br**sts. I think they are the best part of the chicken, and I think that they have the most meat.
