My father and brother both have Cancer. My father had prostate cancer about 4yrs ago. They successfully removed it but, by then it had spreaded to his bones. Now that he has gotten older and not in control his wife takes over and makes decisions for him. His doctor ordered keymotherapy his wife decides that he can't take it. So far that is the only thing that is going to help him. I called her yesterday to try and talk her into letting him take the keymotherapy and she is just not going to. It's like she's waiting on him to die. I have not the kind of money that it would take to fight her on this. By her being his wife that would be tough enough in the courts. I just don't know what to do. So I'm asking if there are any lawyers out there could you please give me some advise as to what I can do. The longer he is without treatment the faster the cancer is spreading. If you know of a lawyer, would you tell him my situation and see what they say? I was called by my brothers girlfriend. My brother was in the hospital at the time of the call. She had informed me that the doctors first had thought he had Namonia. After taking tests after 3-days of waiting they found cancer. The biopsy was positive. He had lost his voice about a month ago but he thought it was because he slept under the fan. He now knows that he has lung cancer. There are 3 of us children and now it's up to me to try and help Daddy. My brother can't he's sick himself and my sister she's not able.

Hi Remmie7,
I will keep this short as the subject is contentious.
Firstly, I hope someone here on myLot can advise you on getting whatever legal assistance you might be seeking.
I can't help you with that.
What I can help you with is to point you in the direction of a cure firstly for your brother, and secondly (although you have his wife to reckon with) your father.
Take some time to search on the subject of Cansema - it's a herbal cure for cancer.
It works without side-effects - it cures cancer and allows the body to heal itself.
Don't even bother asking the doctors about it, because they will try to stop you going outside their "treatments". It's all very political - the FDA has done it's very best to prevent you from ever getting your hands on this stuff, because it threatens the cancer industry's profits - it's cheap, and it cures cancer.
Cansema cures cancer - plain and simple. I know, because I've used it, and other family members have used it too, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Even if you're not inclined to do any research on the subject, at least suggest it to your brother.
And if you can't find sufficient information about it on the Internet, I can easily provide the recipe - it's no big secret.
Regardless, I wish you and your family the very best, and hope your loved ones recover soon.

Sounds like it's worth checking out. Could you tell me the recipe? I have a friend who may have cancer. She will be going in for tests very soon, and I'd love to tell her about this. Any form of treatment is worth checking out as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.

I thank you so very much for this information, I for one believe in herbal, health foods etc. I would appreciate it very much if you would give me the recipe and I will still do some research on Cansema. I feel I just need to get this to my father and brother. Since my father's wife is not going to let Daddy take chemotherapy, I'm wondering know if she would give Daddy the recipe for the cancer. I will call once I have the recipe to giv to them. Thank you I will never forget you for this!

Hi again Remmie7,
I apologize for taking so long with a reply - would you believe the myLot censor blocked the post because I used the forbidden word PUS-SY (meaning something that's gone gooey), which was interpreted by myLot to be a naughty word...
I do hope that info above helps out...
Another excellent subject to look into is the Gerson Diet championed by Doctor Maxwell Gerson (who was driven out of the USA because he was curing too many cancer patients).
The Gerson Institute now operates out of Mexico, but you don't have to go there to benefit from the Gerson Diet - it's a diet based on fruit juices and vegetables (mainly carrots), and there's plenty of info freely available on the Internet about it. The best thing to do in that direction is to get a slow-grinding juicer like an Oscar or similar, which preserves the nutritional value of the juice as its being squeezed.
I'd strongly recommend that anyone who is dealing with cancer should get onto a juice diet anyway, to give their body the best possible nutrition to fight off the cancer and heal itself.
Essiac is another option which is readily available in Australia, but its preparation is a bit too involved for my liking. Though again, all the info is there on the Internet for anyone interested to investigate it.
Again, I wish you and your family the best outcome possible.
There's no reason they shouldn't all be fit as fiddles again in the not-too-distant future.

How very sad the situation you are in right now. My dear if you are from the Philippines, I suggest you go to CARICA, corner Bautista and Buendia Streets Makati City.Phils. They have a clinic there and the doctor has already healed many cases of cancer successfully by using herbal medicines which are far cheaper than other medicines and procedures use by other doctors. I posted here yesterday how my friend who was sick of colon cancer is now healing because of this same doctor that I referred to him. You may try this and I hope this would help you!

Hi Remmie7,
I thought I better put another response here to make sure that you get it OK...
The website [ http://www.altcancer.com/ ] is the legitimate site of the people who make the Cansema products.
You will see that they warn people NOT to buy any products from [ http://www.bloodrootproducts.com or "Rising Sun" ] or [ http://www.altcancercream.com or "Hamptons" ], because these two sites sell bogus products, apparently with the FDA's tacit approval.
So please be careful before purchasing any product labeled as Cansema in the USA, because it may be a fake product - especially if it comes from either of those two sources.
It might be safer to make your own Cansema up from the raw ingredients if you're not able to obtain it from the people who run the [ http://www.altcancer.com/ ] website.
The raw herb ingredients should be readily available from any good herb supplier.

Im sorry to say that unfortuatly she is his next of kin being his wife. She is the only one legally who can determin what to do in his inability to do so. The only way that you would be able to "over rule" her would be if your brother had a power of Attorny placing someone else in charge of his affairs. The only other way would be to have a court find her incompatent. Im really sorry to be the one to bring this info to you.

Thank You Bcote212, I have been out the house to do laundry, my washer broke down on me. I needed to know what my options are and I tell you I am so out done. I can't believe this is happening. I want to do something to help and it seems like I can't even touch the surface where my father is concern. This is so overwhelming for me. I was brought up to help people if I could, to do my best to help and the one that taught us (my dad) suddenly that rule doesn't apply to his wife. What I'm trying to say is that not everyone feels like that (to do the best to help) why? Thank You Bcote212

You can try to enlist the help of ypour father's doctor if he is willing to execute an affidavit attesting to the fact that your father is sick with cancer and needs to undergo chemotherapy and to testify thereon. If he is willing, then you can file a special petition in court to get custody of your father for purposes of having him placed undert medical care and showing that his wife is negligent and is wilfully and intentionally preventing your father from getting the medical care he requires. If you can prove his wife's crimninal negligence which is tantamount to inflicting serious physical harm or endangering the life of your father, the court will of course grant you custody and care of your father. But you must show that his wife's acts or failure to subject your father to medical treatment is malicious and has endangered his life further

Dear Acevivx, I'm sorry to have taken so long in getting back to you. I have been doing some research on the internet for both my father and brother. Thank You for the information. This is not going to be easy but I'm going for it. I know that my father needs chemotherapy that's an opion right now. And I want him to have every opion there is for him to have. I didn't get much sleep last night I was on the computer researching. I may need to lay down for a minute just so my brain can rest. You don't know how much this (information) mean to me, Thank You again and God Bless
