OK - so it doesn't make me wealthy, but geez. I've had days where all I got was a penny and other days where it seemed like I was on forever and still only got $.74.
Then came yesterday! The Mama of all days so far!!! The first time I've ever hit $1. And then I almost did double that?!??! How the heck did I do that?
I don't know, but I wouldn't mind doing it again, I'll tell you. We shall see.
How about you - what's your best day? (Grandpa Bob, yes, I saw yours!! LOL)

I don't know if I'm the one for tips or not, but I'd say to mainly "be real". Respond because you really have something to say - don't respond just to respond (like "yeah, me too" or "so do I" - things like that). Have an opinion and be a "good neighbor". If you disagree, be respectful about it - it's OK to disagree. It's not OK to insult or attack (although, I've been known to respond in kind if someone does that to me, but I try to do it in a way that is above name-calling - sometimes I just enjoy the challenge people like that give me! LOL) If you start a discussion, try to make it something interesting that will attract attention without being silly (unless your purpose for that discussion IS silliness and you want to have fun right then - sometimes that's a good thing, too). But, mainly - just be who you are, show that the topic means something to you and have fun! Sometimes even good topics don't get responses like you thought they would. Even this one - all of a sudden, I'm getting a lot of responses a month after I wrote it. That can happen, so just keep going. You'll get better as you go.

Well, I haven't done as well since, and some days have been hardly anything. But, I must have been in a good state of mind that day. I've got two to go and just over $2 to see if I can get to $15 again for the month. But, I've already reached payout this month, so I'm happy anyway.

Yes, I do, although how much more I wouldn't know. I don't start too many discussions because I can't always think of a topic to write about, so I mainly do responses. And, it's better if it's a topic that people are interested in than just a question that is a yes or no answer because that doesn't really get a discussion going.

I really think that starting discussions is the key, but then if all we did was start them, who'd answer any, right? So, be sure to answer/respond to discussions. I'm thinking that saying more than "me, too" or things along that line counts more, but I'm not absolutely certain. Once you hit 200, I think you can start posting photos with your started discussions. That also counts more. But, don't be afraid to actually put your thoughts down. My highest without starting a discussion was over $.70. So, good luck, anyway. I'm happy. At least, I'm not going to complain - I'm still in shock, though, that what I did counted like that.

I would find discussions to respond to that you feel strongly about and, if you start one, make sure it's something that people will probably want to answer. Discussions about myLot seem popular (although that wasn't the only reason I did this one - I really WAS surprised to see how much I'd earned in a day) as well as politics (at least USA politics) or shocking news items, etc.
