Don't waste money on weight loss products. You don't need them to lose weight. They all say in fine print, "follow diet and exercise program." Diet and exercise alone will help you lose weight. Control portion sizes and avoid high-calorie foods with little nutritional value. Take a walk several times a week. Drink water to quench hunger pangs. The weight will come off.

I agree with jillbeth. "Diets" don't work!

I don't think there is any 100% effective weight-loss formula other than diet and exercise. Drinking ice water helps to speed up your metabolism. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables helps (fiber). Fruit juice, the darker it is, the better it is for you. That means juice with pulp (more fiber). Most diet pills do not work unless you combine them with diet and exercise. You will most likely never get the flat tummy you had before the pregnancies because the pregnancies stretch your abdominal muscles and they never full recover, unless you go for plastic surgery (tummy tuck).

The best thing to do is to start making small changes in your diet and exercise that are healthier and you know you can stick with. Over time you will just get used to making those choices and you will see lasting results.
