Most doctor, teacher or parent like to ask their patient/student/kids drink more water,
but have you ever think of problem cause by drinking too much water?
Drinking too much water may cause too much work for you kidney to do,
which may damage the kidney.
Drinking too less of water will cause you to have kidney problem,
drinking too much water too will damage you kidney.
Only drink water when you feel thirsty,
or drink specific amount of water your doctor ask to.
This can help you to have a healthy life too.

Hmmm... Your body will automatically let you know if you're drinking too much water. First of all, you want to drink until your urin is completly clear. After that, drinking much more is unnessissary. Most people rely on thier sense of thirst to tell them what to drink, and when that happens, they usually don't drink water lol. When you are thirsty, DRINK WATER!

Water cleans your body from all junk we put in it daily.
WE should at least drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day, most people don't even drink two glasses of water a day unless they are working out side.
Soda's should have a limit to what we can drink a day on the bottle's for health purposes.

too much of water can cause damage is it?..i never know...i thought water was only the natures gift which doesnt cause any damage..well as far as i know there is no harm in drinking more of water...no human can drink more than a specified amount of water in a day...if i am right,i think it is good to drink ten litres of water per day which we all hardly drink....
