Do you wash and eat fruits?

We are supposed to wash and eat fruits. Many do not wash or even clean it with towel! You prefer to eat it as it is or wash and eat?

of course you have to wash them first before you eat them! it might have some dust and dirt allover them

i never eat fruit which is not washed thats good to wash fruit before eat.

I always wash fruits and vegetables before eating them you never know what could be on them from pesticides to people in the store handling them who have a cold and leave germs on them.

well,i seldom wash fruits before eat,because usually i buy one fruit when i go through a fruit shop,and then eat it during the walk.

wash the fruit with flowing waters. Not because the dirt, no.. farmers use pesticide and this chemical stay on the fruit skin. Pesticides is toxin to our body, you could get sick if you get certain amount of pesticides accidentally by eating the fruit that you have not wash before.

I wash my fruits before eating if I am at home and gently rub it as well using my hands like what I do when I am washing my hands. Helps in removing any dirt on the surface of the fruits.

I always wash my apples, grapes and stuff before i eat them. I can't eat them if i don't wash them. they taste weird to me if they aren't cleaned first.

Sometimes I wash fruits mostly when my mum tells me to do it. But more often I eat it as it is or clean it with a towel.

Hi snakequeen. I always wash before eat. Fruits can be with some toxicant defensives and we need to wash it before eat, also for hygienic reasons. cheers

Most of the time I do. If it is already bagged, I might not, but usually I do. I usually don't wash onions though, since they are in a peal.

I definitely wash the fruit. Just think about how many people have touched that fruit, when it was picked, packed down, unpacked in the shop and then all the shoppers that pick among the fruit.

I always wash before eat. Fruit that pass many hand(which some are very dirty), and sometime put on the floor directly, you can still eat it without washing it?
