All but one has quit, Do you blame Them?

I don't...A death list of 22 officers was left at the fallen heroes police monument in the nearby border city of Juarez about 4 months ago and 7 on the list have been killed and 4 wounded in assassination attempts. The mexican cartels are serious about keeping things the way they want it. Do you blame the others for quitting? Like I said, I don't because they have families to think about. What do yall think?
